The current frame is CNC milled aluminum and consists of the following:
Sixteen feet of 6"x2"x1/8" 6065 aluminum extruded rectangular tubing.
Sixteen feet 1"x1"x1/4" 6061 aluminum channel.
Eight feet 4"x1/4" 6061 aluminum flat stock.
Five hundred M5x12mm stainless steel flat head machine screws.
All metal purchased at Online Metals.

The drive-train for each half of the vehicle is symmetric, so each half consists of the following:
Eight square-flange ABEC-1 5/8" shaft diam. ball bearings with unnecessarily large continuous load rating of 2150lbs each.
Four 11" 5/8"OD keyed shafts.
8 8mm pitch, 20mm belt-width HTD metric timing pulleys: 4 have 48 teeth, 4 have 24 teeth.
8 matching keyed quick-release taper-lock bushings. Size JA and SDS for small and large pulleys, respectively.
4 matching PowerGrip-GT2 timing belts with OD: 640mm, 720mm, 800mm, 1440mm.
8 matching mild steel undersized keys.
32 Grade 8 7/16"x1-1/2" Coarse hex cap bolt with matching nuts and washers.
2 8" aluminum core solid rubber wheels with 2 matching taper lock bushings per wheel.
All materials purchased at McMaster-Carr.

The source of power lies in the following:
Two 12V Hawker-Genesis 26Ah Lead Acid Batteries connected in series.
Two 24V, 3.86hp, 3840oz-in torque, 84% efficient Magmotor C40-300 DC motors.
Two 18-48V, 320amp, 4QD-300 DC motor controllers
Batteries and charger purchased from GotBatteries.
Motors purchased from RobotBooks.
Motor controllers purchased from 4QD, located in the United Kingdom.

The control system: 9-channel programmable Futaba 9CAP airplane radio with included servos and receiver. Precision servos turn potentiometers which control output voltage of motor controllers.
Radio purchased at TowerHobbies.
